No Captain
No captain with the pontoon rental.
This is my personal boat and I am renting it out to others as myself (not a business).

Passengers
Maximum of 15 people or overall weight limit of 2142 pounds.

Rates
$125 hour

As with other boat rental places in Okoboji, these rates do not include fuel.

Disclaimer
Renter is required to pay in full for any/all damages caused to the boat.

Cancellation
If Shayne must cancel a full refund will be provided.

If renter cancels a week prior to rental date a full refund will be provided. Rentals cancelled within a week will not be fully refunded.

Life Jackets

The boat has 15 adult life jackets and some children sized jackets. Renters are advised to bring suitable life jackets for any child under 13 because Iowa law requires any child under the age of 13 must wear a life jacket at all times while on a vessel. The right-sized life jacket for kids is determined by their weight.

Insurance

My insurance has an endorsement that allows for “person to person” rental. Individual renters should check with their own insurance company the same way you would when renting a car or house.

Please note, my insurance does not allow me to rent the boat to a business or an individual using the boat for businesses purposes.
